Our Core Service relies on our volunteers, who have the experience and skills to support the greatest share of our clients. This gateway service is the Front Door to our advice service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Advice Session Supervisor team, to advise and support our fantastic volunteers.
Two posts are available, one for two days per week and one for three days per week. You will need to have a sound knowledge of the Citizens Advice Service, our values and the work we do, advice giving skills and experience of supervising others.
