Citizens Advice Warrington is a busy, high performing and friendly office. We provide advice on a wide range of topics via telephone, email and face to face.
Our Core Service relies on our volunteers, who have the experience and skills to support the greatest share of our clients. This gateway service is the Front Door to our advice service.
We are looking for someone to work alongside our Training and Development Manager with the recruitment, training and development of our fantastic volunteer team, as well as ensuring that paid staff undertakes adequate training to support their learning and development and the development of the organisation.
You will need experience of recent delivery of providing general advice, Knowledge or awareness of Citizens Advice service delivery models (including assessments) and quality standards and Experience of the Citizens Advice case management system or a similar case management system, as well as Experience of making and maintaining training records.
