Mental Health
Making Space - Allen Street Centre
OPEN - Friday 27th-10am-4pm, Sunday 29th-12pm - 3pm, Monday 30th-10am - 4pm, Tuesday 31st-10am - 4pm, Thursday 2nd Jan-10am - 8pm, Friday 3rd-10am - 4pm, Sunday 5th, 12pm - 3pm.

INFORMATION - We are a mental health support service and offer activities around wellbeing, you can be referred to us via GP and other social prescribers.
You can also self refer to the service if eligible for support we offer a 12-week support program to enrich life's and a 12-month activity program that people can access for 9 months after the initial 12-week week program has ended.
We also have a connect café, this can sign post you to other groups and support. This is open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-3pm Every Thursday 9am-8pm and Sunday lunch club 12noon-3pm this is booking only and is free, but we ask for donations and our recommended minimum donation is £2.

Cost of Living Support
Bread and Butter Thing
OPEN - 23rd, 24th, 27th, 30th, 31st, 2nd and 3rd January
CLOSED - 21st, 22nd, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th December and 1st January
COST - The food provision costs £8.50 for a set (you get 3 bags: 1 fruit/veg, 1 chilled and 1 cupboard). If you are feeding more people, you can double up for £17 or buy a single bag for £5. We always aim for the food bags to be worth at least £30.

We will also accept referrals for our regular service, but please note these will not be processed until w/b 6th January.
