The toy appeal banner

Welcome to the first step of creating some festive magic for a local family. To become a nominating organisation, complete the form below, share some details, check the declaration and we will send you a login. If your organisation already has been allocated a 2024 login, we'll send you the person to contact to ask for your organisation's login.

We are trying to minimise the number of logins so we can trace back to which organisation/departments/workers may need some further information or support. Some things we would ask you to consider before becoming a nominator or nominating a family...

  • You will have one Lead Nominator who will share the login to as many of the team/department as they see fit but only within their organisation.
  • Every organisation will have need to have their own login. If you had one last year, you will need a new one.
  • The family you are nominating must give their consent to being nominated and are likely to come and collect their gifts.
  • There are questions about why the family are being nominated so we can measure the impact of the project.
  • We will also ask who from the organisation is nominating the family to understand the spread of support (don't worry this isn't a competition!).
  • This whole system and process is being run by volunteers doing this on top of their own lives, jobs and challenges, please be patient and we will get things to you when we can.
